Professional Communication Coaching in English

Fluent on paper.
Silent in the room.

Your best people go quiet the moment English enters the conversation.

PCCE is a five-week coached programme that gets them talking again, and lets you see it happen, not just hope it did.

15 minutes. No obligation. Run entirely in English.
Why HR teams choose PCCE

The problem

Same expertise. Different person, in English.

The moment a meeting shifts into English, your most capable people contribute less, hesitate more, and go quiet, even though nothing about their judgement or expertise has changed. More English classes won't fix that. This isn't a vocabulary problem. It's a behaviour problem.

In their own language
  • Early contribution
  • Confident participation
  • Natural interaction
In English, untrained
  • Delayed contribution
  • Visible hesitation
  • Reduced visibility
What makes PCCE different

Other English training hopes it worked. This one proves it.

Most corporate English training reports attendance and a satisfaction score. PCCE reports behavioural change against a documented baseline, tracked continuously, from three independent perspectives, resolved into a clear action for every participant.

01

Participant

Self-reflection on communication behaviour

02

Facilitator

Observation in every Communication Lab

03

Manager

Real workplace observation and impact

04

Governance review

Continue, monitor, coach, or intervene

05

Executive reporting

Clear reporting on progress, impact, and ROI

Defined attendance threshold
Tracked lab completion
Every participant behaviourally reviewed
Clear escalation path
Development is not assumed here. It's evidenced, every week, from three sides of the room.
How it runs

Five weeks, three phases, built on Breaking Barriers™

Week 1

Breaking Barriers™

Establishes the behavioural baseline and builds the trust needed before anyone is asked to perform.

Weeks 2–4

Communication Labs

Nine facilitated workplace simulations, each targeting a specific behaviour, each coached and debriefed.

Week 5

Consolidation

Leadership communication, individual coaching, and a development plan participants keep using after.

Inside a lab

A realistic simulation, not a script

Every lab runs inside a fictional company, so no one exposes a real conflict from their own team. Each participant holds a different role card. Everyone sees their own priority. No one sees anyone else's private information, until the room forces it out.

Pre-brief Lab Debrief · nine labs, then carried into real work between sessions
Executive Briefing · Finance Director

APEX Global Technologies

Current situation

A cross-functional budget review is underway. Three departments are competing for the same reallocated funds this quarter.

Your executive priority

Protect the reserve fund while appearing open to discussion with the other directors in the room.

If your team goes quiet the moment English enters the room

Let's look at where it's costing you visibility, decisions, and promotable talent. A discovery call is 15 minutes, no obligation, and run entirely in English, which is part of the method from the first conversation.
